The Federation of Diocesan Liturgical Commissions (FDLC) is a national organization composed of diocesan liturgical commissions, worship offices, and equivalent structures established by local bishops. It acts as an official collaborating agent between local churches and the USCCB Bishops’ Committee on Divine Worship, serving U.S. dioceses’ clergy and faithful through leadership, scholarship, resources, and practical guidance for authentic liturgical implementation, celebration, and formation.
