Own fomo’s social presence across X, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Responsibilities include sourcing and creating content, adapting content to platform algorithms, maintaining consistent brand voice and aesthetics, leading brand and creative campaigns, and analyzing performance to optimize views and conversions. The role manages the full content process from sourcing and publishing through monitoring and optimization, with crypto trading experience considered a plus.

Own and advance fomo’s mobile Expo app and web React Router/Vite app. Build new order types, asset classes, and social features while working autonomously across the stack when appropriate. Collaborate with a crypto-native engineering team and contribute to a fast-growing product in an in-person NYC environment.

Own the day-to-day physical and social experience of an in-person NYC office. Responsibilities include managing an office move, space planning, employee experience improvements, team events, guest and VIP logistics, external event preparation, office supplies, catering, and vendor relationships. The role also provides front-of-house support and executive assistance in a fast-paced startup environment.

Own the reliability, scalability, and performance of a multi-region backend platform. Design and operate high-throughput services, optimize PostgreSQL and Redis-compatible datastores, implement resilience controls, reduce cross-region latency, and build tested failover and disaster-recovery capabilities. This hands-on role directly operates production infrastructure, improves observability, and helps architect scalable features.

Build and scale backend systems for a crypto trading and social app, including trade execution infrastructure, onchain data ingestion, portfolio tracking, content recommendation engines, analytics pipelines, and infrastructure optimization. The role uses TypeScript and Go microservices with some Rust, offers cross-functional frontend contributions, and requires autonomous execution in an in-person New York City environment.

Partner with GTM and Product to evolve and document the fomo brand system, design social campaigns, create cohesive product touchpoints, and produce merch concepts. Expand visual language across typography, color, illustration, and motion/3D where applicable to drive growth and conversion.

Build and own end-to-end accounting operations and controls, deliver timely month/quarter/year financials, implement accounting systems (ERP, crypto subledger), manage audits and tax compliance, and support forecasting, cash planning, and strategic decision-making for a high-growth fintech trading app.
