Promote modern practices, AI adoption, and scalable architectures while managing budgets, metrics, and cross-functional execution.

Lead and scale product operating systems across a multi-product SaaS portfolio. Build planning cadences, prioritization frameworks, tooling strategy, launch readiness, competitive intelligence, and automated product-health monitoring. Synthesize product usage, feedback, and market signals into decision-ready insights and dashboards. Partner cross-functionally to reduce operational friction and support responsible AI-enabled workflows.

Plan and execute Follett Software’s event portfolio including national/regional trade shows, annual Sales Kickoff, webinars, and customer events. Manage vendors, budgets ($600K+), logistics, master calendar, cross-functional coordination, and post-event analysis to drive brand awareness and demand generation.

Provide advanced, client-facing technical support for education software: troubleshoot software, configuration, connectivity and database issues; install, configure, and upgrade on-premises and cloud deployments; implement integrations (AD/LDAP, SSO, SIS/MIS, LMS); collaborate with engineering on escalations; document solutions and support implementations and go-lives.

Lead Titlewave ecommerce product strategy and execution to optimize discovery, conversion, checkout, and post-purchase. Run experiments, analyze data, conduct customer research, prioritize roadmap, align cross-functional teams, balance educator and content partner needs, and drive measurable revenue and adoption improvements.

Lead end-to-end product design for complex, multi-product initiatives. Drive discovery, interaction and accessibility standards, produce prototypes and specs, partner with PMs and Engineers, mentor designers, and define AI-enabled experience patterns to deliver measurable value.
