Provides administrative and operational support to Human Resources, Operations, and senior executives. The role requires strong organization, confidentiality, communication, multitasking, and customer service skills in a primarily onsite environment.

Leads firmwide legal innovation and AI initiatives, identifying opportunities, evaluating emerging technologies and vendors, managing pilots, and driving adoption across practice groups. Oversees change management, communications, training, reporting dashboards, and performance metrics. Partners with attorneys, leadership, Marketing, Business Development, and Information Security on client-facing AI strategy and innovation efforts.

Develops and executes business development and marketing initiatives for business law practices. Responsibilities include business plans, pitches and RFPs, messaging, client and prospect development, ROI tracking, attorney advisory, thought leadership, external communications, CRM adoption, market research, sponsorship management, and budget oversight.

Designs and delivers technology training, e-learning, microlearning, onboarding, user communications, and support resources. Partners with IT and end users to improve technology adoption and user experience across Microsoft 365, document management, and other business systems. Analyzes support data and feedback, supports software testing and security awareness, maintains learning materials, and provides individual, group, and classroom training.
