Designs and delivers technology training, e-learning, microlearning, onboarding, user communications, and support resources. Partners with IT and end users to improve technology adoption and user experience across Microsoft 365, document management, and other business systems. Analyzes support data and feedback, supports software testing and security awareness, maintains learning materials, and provides individual, group, and classroom training.

Prepares, proofs, and coordinates U.S. patent prosecution filings for patent attorneys, agents, and technology specialists. Manages attorney dockets, office action response shells, client reporting workflows, virtual files, and vendor orders for drawings and sequence listings. Coordinates with foreign filing and prior art teams while ensuring timely, compliant submissions. Performs general administrative duties and may work overtime as needed.

The DEI Manager supports firm-wide diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy through communications, data analysis, surveys, affinity group administration, onboarding, and event management. The role develops newsletters and promotional materials, evaluates DEI programming, manages industry surveys and reporting, supports affinity group leaders, coordinates events and budgets, and facilitates inclusive workplace initiatives. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, communication, organization, event planning, data interpretation, and DEI subject-matter expertise are required.
