Supports Global Partnerships with activation fulfillment and partner hosting while collaborating across sales, marketing, finance, security, arena operations, and executive teams. Requires strong organization, communication, hospitality, and follow-through in a fast-paced sports and entertainment environment.

Manages sponsorship activation and fulfillment for sports and entertainment partnerships. Responsibilities include partner relationship management, contractual asset delivery, event and game-day experiences, vendor coordination, venue logistics, ROI reporting, budget tracking, CRM maintenance, and hospitality fulfillment. The role coordinates cross-functional stakeholders and external suppliers while ensuring deadlines, brand standards, and partner expectations are met.

Provide safety and security at arena events by monitoring access points, enforcing venue rules and laws, responding to emergencies, interacting with guests and law enforcement, handling conflicts calmly, and completing CCTV monitoring and incident reporting. Must meet scheduling and physical demands for event work.
