Manages enterprise risk and insurance programs across sports, venues, events, and construction operations. Oversees claims, contractual risk transfer, loss prevention, safety initiatives, compliance, insurance renewals, broker and carrier relationships, and risk reporting. Conducts assessments, analyzes loss trends, supports event safety planning, reviews contracts and coverage, and develops mitigation strategies while partnering with Legal, Finance, Operations, Security, Facilities, and People and Culture.

Manage relationships with season ticket members for the Henderson Silver Knights and Vegas Knight Hawks. Responsibilities include driving renewals, retention, upgrades, referrals, and revenue growth; resolving member concerns; maintaining CRM and ticketing data; supporting member events; attending games; and completing 40–50 proactive outbound calls daily. The role requires strong communication, organization, customer service, and relationship-building skills, along with regular evening and weekend availability.
