Provide executive-level administrative support including complex scheduling, travel and meeting coordination, office management, onboarding logistics, event coordination, supplies/facilities oversight, and miscellaneous team requests for a fast-paced SaaS company office.

The intern will run outreach campaigns, support client onboarding, draft communications, track AI implementation, and produce content, focusing on AI tools and client engagement.

Design, build, and scale Spark-based ETL/ELT pipelines and AWS data platforms. Own end-to-end data lifecycle, ensure data quality and governance, optimize performance and cost, implement CI/CD and IaC best practices, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver production-grade data solutions.

Manage workplace facilities programs: liaise with operations, building management, and vendors; coordinate planned and preventative maintenance; train on SOPs; monitor safety and cleanliness; create project plans, streamline reporting, and recommend process and system improvements.

Provide administrative and project coordination support for a Robot Intelligence Lab: schedule and run meetings, track milestones, document procedures and reports, manage office operations, support executive calendars and travel, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and assist onboarding and events.

Build and deploy LLM-based chatbots and machine learning models, integrate agents with enterprise databases and APIs, perform data preprocessing and model evaluation, automate data pipelines, and collaborate with internal teams and clients.

Lead development and delivery of advanced predictive and causal models (MMM, attribution) for ad-tech/mar-tech clients. Build automated AI/ML solutions, mine large consumer datasets in cloud environments, support marketing test design and campaign measurement, and communicate results to stakeholders.

The Executive Administrative Assistant provides daily administrative support to executives, manages scheduling, prepares meeting materials, and oversees office duties.
