Develops hospice census through referral generation, healthcare relationship management, territory planning, community marketing, and promotional initiatives. Builds relationships with physicians, nursing home administrators, hospitals, and other referral sources. Conducts market assessments, tracks marketing effectiveness, provides educational in-services, supports appropriate admissions, prepares admission reports, and ensures compliance with applicable laws, Medicare regulations, and organizational policies. Requires occasional evening, weekend, and holiday admission-call coverage.

Direct hospice marketing activities, generate referrals, achieve growth targets, build relationships with physicians and healthcare organizations, develop territory and marketing plans, provide educational in-services, assess market opportunities, report marketing effectiveness, and support compliant admissions and customer service.

Screens employees, visitors, and essential personnel for COVID-19 exposure; maintains confidential screening records; supervises resident visits; communicates professionally with residents and families; and assists with clerical duties. The role requires regular attendance, flexible scheduling including weekends, evenings, and holidays, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
