Provide and direct nursing care for long-term care residents, including assessments, implementing physician orders, creating care plans, supervising staff, ensuring resident safety, infection control, EMR charting (PointClickCare), and responding to urgent situations.

Assist with meal preparation, delivery, and clean-up in a long-term care facility; maintain sanitation and safety standards, handle cleaning chemicals and equipment, perform scheduled cleaning tasks, follow PPE and dress code, promote positive resident customer service, and lift or move items up to 50 pounds as needed.

Provide and coordinate nursing care for long-term care residents, lead and assign staff, implement physician orders, maintain infection control and documentation, perform assessments, respond to emergencies, and use EMR (PointClickCare).
