Lead and grow a portfolio of strategic FNZ clients as a player/coach. Act as senior client sponsor for priority accounts, manage escalations and commercial outcomes, and coach Client Directors to deliver consistent, scalable performance. Provide strategic oversight across multiple clients, ensure platform delivery quality, align to go-to-market strategy, and partner with Service Delivery, Portfolio, Product and Commercial teams to achieve financial, operational and customer satisfaction goals.

Provide corporate finance and governance legal advice across M&A, venture investments, shareholder agreements, group restructurings, and credit arrangements. Support diligence, negotiate high-value agreements, manage external counsel and budgets, and work with cross-functional teams to implement group governance and equity incentive plans across multiple jurisdictions.

Lead end-to-end delivery of fintech products across multiple client accounts. Translate client roadmaps into delivery plans, manage delivery teams, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, ensure compliance and budget alignment, resolve delivery risks, and drive continuous improvement and standardization across the portfolio.
