Lead and oversee the internal audit function across the FNZ Group: develop risk-based audit plans, deliver and review audits, monitor business risks, report to executives and Audit Committee, maintain audit standards, manage and develop audit staff, and support governance, compliance and ad-hoc audit projects.

Lead functional test delivery for assigned projects: define test strategy, plan and oversee execution, ensure coverage and traceability, manage defects and risks, drive test governance and metrics, coordinate sign-off and release readiness, coach testers, and liaise with stakeholders to maintain test environments and continuous improvement.

The Transformation Analyst will collect and consolidate data, generate insights, report to leadership, and support various board-level reporting packs.
