Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly management reporting for UK & Europe. Maintain planning models, produce variance analysis and executive-ready performance packs, reconcile data, partner with commercial teams, and identify process improvements and opportunities to drive decision-making.

Serve as Capital Markets Business Analyst for FNZ Syn~, gathering and documenting L2-L3 requirements, designing functional solutions, supporting end-to-end testing and client UAT, authoring release notes, delivering training, and liaising with product, delivery, and clients to ensure compliant post-trade, custody and clearing solutions.

The Lead Site Reliability Engineer ensures high availability of FNZ platforms, implements monitoring and deployment solutions, and collaborates with engineering teams. Responsibilities include optimizing cloud workloads and managing application delivery networks.
