Lead end-to-end delivery of HR projects within a regulated UK financial services environment. Manage distributed teams, stakeholders (including executives), risks, budgets, governance, operational readiness, and post-implementation reviews to ensure timely, compliant HR change across a matrixed global organisation.

Lead delivery of analysis and testing for FNZ platform projects, owning quality from requirements to production. Lead and mentor analyst testers, define test strategy, manage stakeholders, design and execute tests (system, integration, regression), oversee defect management, produce systems artefacts, and ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

The People Systems Lead at FNZ will support HR systems, manage data accuracy, and enhance technology integration for HR operations.
