Provides independent second-line risk and compliance oversight across FNZ’s wealth management platform, administration, custody, technology, and operational resilience activities. The role assesses risk against appetite, challenges controls, oversees incidents and remediation, reviews third-party and change risks, and reports material exposures to senior management and governance committees. It requires strong knowledge of Australian financial services regulation, operational risk, controls assurance, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Provides independent second-line risk and compliance oversight across Australian wealth management, superannuation, administration, and custody services. Responsibilities include regulatory change assessment and implementation, compliance monitoring, control reviews, incident and breach oversight, remediation, risk reporting, client compliance reviews, and advice to senior stakeholders and governance committees.

Leads enterprise financial planning, annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, scenario analysis, and integrated P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow planning. Partners with executives and senior stakeholders to provide financial insight, challenge assumptions, and support strategic decisions. Oversees planning governance, improves forecasting processes, leads Anaplan implementation, and manages and develops the FP&A planning team.
