Supports the SaaS order-to-cash and revenue lifecycle, including sales order processing, contract review, billing, invoice distribution, collections, revenue recognition support, reconciliations, and month-end close. Maintains customer, contract, and billing data; resolves account discrepancies; supports audits and internal controls; and partners with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to improve billing processes.

Manage the full contract lifecycle, including reviewing redlines, addenda, SaaS agreements, partner contracts, NDAs, and DPAs. Coordinate legal escalations, maintain contract data in Salesforce, support privacy and data security compliance, and explain legal risks to finance, sales, and leadership stakeholders. The role requires strong accuracy, negotiation judgment, and collaboration in a hybrid work environment.

Supports financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. Tracks SaaS metrics, validates data, identifies reporting inconsistencies, and provides ad hoc financial analysis to cross-functional teams. Contributes to go-to-market analysis, annual planning, growth strategies, and long-range planning while using AI tools to improve analytical efficiency.
