Lead and execute product design as a player/coach: own design for one product-suite trio, set company-wide design vision and standards, grow and mentor a small design team, steward the design system, use AI-accelerated and coded prototypes to validate with users, and partner with Product and Engineering to drive business outcomes.

The Sales Development Representative will make calls, schedule meetings, manage leads, and support marketing efforts while collaborating with the sales team.

Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle for SaaS agreements and NDAs, perform first-pass redline and DPA reviews, escalate high-risk issues to counsel/CFO, maintain contract data in Salesforce/CRM, ensure compliance with privacy and security requirements, and standardize contract forms across the organization.
