Technical Records Intern supporting aircraft maintenance and aviation asset records. The role involves learning and handling technical records, aircraft components, MRO processes, AMOS, DGCA requirements, auditing, and asset management. Candidates will complete a one-year internship in Vadodara, including six months of induction and training onsite, with potential permanent employment based on performance and business needs.

Partners with senior leaders and stakeholders to execute people strategies, improve employee engagement, manage people products and services, and enhance HR processes. Uses people data and analytics to inform workforce planning, performance, retention, and team effectiveness decisions. Collaborates with BI, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Learning teams to translate data into actionable recommendations and measure the impact of people initiatives. The role is remote within India and requires travel five days per month.

Own and improve CI/CD pipelines, Azure cloud infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, containerized deployments, automation, monitoring, and incident response. The role integrates security and compliance into delivery processes, optimizes reliability and scalability, collaborates across engineering teams, and mentors junior DevOps engineers.
