Manage and grow a portfolio of 10–20 major North American industrial accounts. Responsibilities include account mapping, revenue strategy, business development, opportunity management from demonstration to purchase, customer reviews, coordinated account planning, risk identification, and cross-functional customer success efforts. The role requires building relationships across complex organizations, providing product feedback, working on industrial sites, and traveling nationally and internationally up to 50%.

Provide frontline technical support for drone customers worldwide by troubleshooting hardware, onboard computers, and software interactions. Investigate complex issues, escalate anomalies to Quality and R&D, serve as the internal hardware expert, write customer and internal documentation, process spare-parts orders, and oversee drone repairs and maintenance.

Owns subscription renewals across the United States and Canada, managing customer and reseller relationships, renewal cadence, Salesforce pipeline accuracy, forecasting, negotiations, and contract closings. Identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities, reactivates lapsed accounts, enables reseller partners, and improves renewal processes. The role serves as a software and cloud product expert and requires collaboration with sales, customer success, and operations teams. Travel may include customer visits, reseller events, and trade shows.

Build and operate data and ML infrastructure for inspection-drone AI systems. Own dataset ingestion, curation, validation, labeling, versioning, training, experiment tracking, evaluation, model deployment, monitoring, and feedback workflows. Collaborate with Spatial AI and Cloud Platform engineers to create reliable, reproducible ML development and delivery systems. The role requires production-grade Python engineering, AWS experience, large-dataset management, MLOps knowledge, and strong ownership from architecture through production.

Develop AI-based perception and spatial understanding for inspection drones by combining 2D imagery, 3D point clouds, and multimodal data. Build semantic representations for mapping, navigation, inspection planning, and language-guided missions. Design, train, evaluate, and deploy computer vision and machine learning models using Python and PyTorch, while analyzing real-world datasets and improving failure cases. Collaborate with robotics, mapping, sensors, and product teams to deliver production-ready spatial AI capabilities.
