Leads procurement, sourcing, demand and capacity planning, ERP implementation, S&OP, logistics, warehousing, customs compliance, inventory control, and a six-person supply chain team. The role focuses on electronic component sourcing, supplier risk mitigation, cost optimization, operational efficiency, and cross-functional alignment across sales, operations, and finance. Candidates need extensive supply chain leadership, electronics procurement experience, ERP rollout expertise, S&OP implementation experience, fluent English and French, and strong change-management and communication skills.

Lead Flyability’s autonomy strategy and engineering teams across SLAM, navigation, mapping, and spatial AI. Hire and develop talent, define team structure and priorities, oversee autonomy-stack delivery across hardware platforms, manage system-level trade-offs, and ensure risk management, verification, validation, simulation, integration, and flight testing. The role requires deploying autonomous robotics on real customer-facing hardware and collaborating cross-functionally to advance intelligent flying robots.

Manage and grow a portfolio of 10–20 major North American industrial accounts. Responsibilities include account mapping, revenue strategy, business development, opportunity management from demonstration to purchase, customer reviews, coordinated account planning, risk identification, and cross-functional customer success efforts. The role requires building relationships across complex organizations, providing product feedback, working on industrial sites, and traveling nationally and internationally up to 50%.
