Own commercial activities for Brazil: build pipelines, close B2B deals, manage channel partners and key accounts, run demos and proofs of concept at industrial sites, support trade shows and roadshows, and travel extensively to grow adoption of Flyability's inspection drones.

Hands-on Production Quality Engineer working on the shop floor to detect, analyze, and resolve quality issues across drone production. Responsibilities include root-cause analysis, corrective actions, in-process and final inspections of mechanical/electrical assemblies, monitoring quality KPIs, implementing test methods and equipment, documenting issues in Odoo, and driving continuous improvements with Production, PLM, and R&D teams.

Lead product management, mentoring a team while ensuring the commercial success of B2B products. Drive cross-departmental alignment and manage development processes.
