Teams at Flutterwave

Partner with 2-3 organizational units to embed governance, track OKRs and strategic initiatives, maintain executive dashboards, surface risks, and drive accountability. Establish operating rhythms (MBRs/QBRs), support planning and prioritization, and ensure leadership makes informed decisions to improve business performance.

Perform daily transaction reviews and investigations to detect and prevent fraud and brand violations; design and optimize fraud rules; monitor chargebacks and merchant activity; engage merchants and internal stakeholders to resolve incidents; support audits and ensure data privacy compliance.

The candidate will manage liquidity flows, analyze liquidity risks, engage with clients, and prepare financial reports while collaborating with internal teams.
