Supports MIS reporting, dashboard maintenance, transaction analytics, terminal performance tracking, merchant portfolio segmentation, churn and reactivation analysis, forecasting, and data-quality audits. The role collaborates with Commercial, Operations, Product, Engineering, QA, and Finance teams to provide quantitative insights, monitor operational issues, track resolution SLAs, and improve reporting consistency across physical payment channels.

Develop and maintain backend and web application features using C#. Design responsive, intuitive applications, integrate backend systems and APIs, solve complex technical challenges, and contribute across the software development lifecycle. The role also involves applying object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, performance optimization, Git-based collaboration, data privacy practices, and rapid product updates.

Coordinate and deliver engineering programs supporting Flutterwave’s payment infrastructure. Responsibilities include defining scope and milestones, building project plans, managing risks, tracking delivery, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, reviewing technical designs, and improving project management processes. The role requires strong technical expertise, software engineering experience, communication skills, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
