Manage field sales teams, onboard enterprise and retail merchants, drive transaction volume and revenue growth, monitor merchant performance, execute reactivation strategies, conduct market intelligence, and report regional results to executive leadership. The role also oversees distribution strategy, relationship management, and regulatory compliance awareness across multiple markets.

Supports MIS reporting, dashboard maintenance, transaction analytics, terminal performance tracking, merchant portfolio segmentation, churn and reactivation analysis, forecasting, and data-quality audits. The role collaborates with Commercial, Operations, Product, Engineering, QA, and Finance teams to provide quantitative insights, monitor operational issues, track resolution SLAs, and improve reporting consistency across physical payment channels.

Develop and maintain backend and web application features using C#. Design responsive, intuitive applications, integrate backend systems and APIs, solve complex technical challenges, and contribute across the software development lifecycle. The role also involves applying object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, performance optimization, Git-based collaboration, data privacy practices, and rapid product updates.
