Flutterwave Benefits Overview

Owns the growth, retention, pricing, profitability, and strategic relationships for Flutterwave’s highest-value merchants. The role leads portfolio strategy, merchant acquisition, account expansion, pricing and margin optimization, contract negotiations, regulatory governance, cross-functional collaboration, and reporting. It also manages a high-performing team and partners with executive leadership to drive revenue and commercial outcomes across multiple markets.

Supports MIS reporting, dashboard maintenance, transaction analytics, terminal performance tracking, merchant portfolio segmentation, churn and reactivation analysis, forecasting, and data-quality audits. The role collaborates with Commercial, Operations, Product, Engineering, QA, and Finance teams to provide quantitative insights, monitor operational issues, track resolution SLAs, and improve reporting consistency across physical payment channels.

Develop and maintain backend and web application features using C#. Design responsive, intuitive applications, integrate backend systems and APIs, solve complex technical challenges, and contribute across the software development lifecycle. The role also involves applying object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, performance optimization, Git-based collaboration, data privacy practices, and rapid product updates.
