Own sourcing and purchasing for critical equipment supporting a 10GW compute infrastructure build. Lock vendor capacity and lead times, monitor production commitments from purchase order through delivery, and resolve schedule risks. Build and lead the category management team, establish sourcing processes, and partner with design, construction, and manufacturing teams to ensure equipment arrives on schedule.

Owns the structural steel category for modular manufacturing and construction. Responsibilities include sourcing regional fabrication capacity, negotiating material and fabrication pricing, managing commodity exposure through indexing or hedging, qualifying fabricators for quality and capacity, and balancing production loads across suppliers. The role requires expertise in structural steel procurement, fabrication economics, supplier capacity assessment, and industrial-scale sourcing.

Inspect inbound freight and returned hardware, documenting condition, shortages, damage, serials, and disposition. Manage carrier and insurance claims from evidence collection through resolution. Evaluate carriers, 3PLs, and warehouse operators using delivery and damage metrics, drive corrective actions, and establish standardized receiving, packaging, handling, and defect-reporting procedures across sites.
