The role requires account management experience, logistics, warehousing, or ecommerce industry knowledge, software proficiency, strong communication, and 15–20% travel.

Onsite at Atlanta-area warehouses, oversee partner performance and SLAs, support inventory control and client communications, triage escalations, ensure quality standards, and assist with invoice tasks. Requires frequent coordination with operations personnel and cross-functional teams.
