Manages warehouse partner performance across a region, ensuring SLA, quality, inventory, fulfillment, and shipping standards. Conducts site visits, audits, onboarding, training, and operational reviews; resolves escalations and identifies scalable improvements using performance data. Serves as the primary relationship owner for warehouse partners while coordinating with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and internal teams. The role requires regular warehouse presence, regional travel, and hands-on work in active fulfillment environments.

Conducts on-site visits, audits, operational reviews, and escalations; analyzes performance data to identify improvements; supports warehouse and merchant onboarding; leads partner training; and communicates risks and action plans to internal teams. The role is field-based, requiring regular warehouse presence, regional travel, and hands-on work in active fulfillment environments.

Own enterprise merchant relationships and account retention by leading communications, customer syncs, QBRs, onboarding, issue resolution, product adoption, and growth opportunities. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Engineering, Support, and leadership to advocate for customers, resolve issues, and deliver value. The role requires account management experience, logistics, warehousing, or ecommerce industry knowledge, software proficiency, strong communication, and 15–20% travel.
