Serve as chief liaison to university leadership and US Dept. of Education; manage Title III grants (Part B, Part F, HBO), ensure compliance with 2 CFR Part 200, oversee budgets, authorize expenditures, supervise grant staff, coordinate reporting and audits, manage procurement/equipment, develop project plans, evaluate program impact, and collaborate on institutional strategic initiatives.

Teach a full undergraduate load across History (African American, U.S., World), develop syllabi and assessments, advise and mentor students, participate in governance and outreach, support recruitment and retention, engage in professional development, and perform service and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Provide front-line student services and administrative support for the financial aid office. Assist visitors, handle inquiries, perform clerical tasks, manage records, process invoices and expense reports, support CRM development and data collection for internal reporting, and represent the Student Services Center professionally.

Serve as primary liaison between Hospitality Services and internal/external stakeholders to coordinate lodging, transportation, catering, event logistics, vendor relations, community outreach, and guest services. Promote facilities, support VIP and donor events, manage records and budgets, resolve customer issues, and represent the university at community and networking events.

Provide front-line student support by coordinating intake, appointments, referrals, and follow-up for counseling services; maintain confidential records, manage scheduling and data tracking, assist crisis response and campus mental health programming, and support departmental reporting and outreach.

Teach undergraduate and graduate Finance courses face-to-face and online, maintain full teaching load, advise students, engage in scholarly research and service, develop syllabi, support accreditation and grants, and use learning management systems.

Perform data entry, quality assurance, and database queries in the student information system. Manage applicant files and evaluate applications in AdmissionPros CRM. Maintain manual and electronic records, prepare enrollment reports, liaise with internal departments and vendors, assist visitors, support registration events, prioritize workflow, and resolve or escalate processing issues to support admissions and enrollment objectives.

Teach undergraduate and graduate management courses (face-to-face and online), develop syllabi, advise students, conduct peer-reviewed research, participate in service and accreditation activities, support grants and data analysis, and integrate technology and experiential pedagogies into instruction.

Teach undergraduate and graduate cybersecurity, computer science, and information systems courses; develop syllabi and assessments; engage in collaborative, grant-supported research; coordinate NSA CAE-CD program validation and ABET accreditation activities; advise students; participate in service, professional development, and community cybersecurity outreach.

Manage and maintain the university's WordPress site and hosting environment, publish approved content, ensure uptime, performance, security, backups, accessibility (WCAG/ADA), and provide analytics and documentation. Coordinate with hosting providers, IMT, and vendors; respond to incidents and implement updates, patches, and integrations as directed.

Provide leadership for Housing & Residence Life and Student Conduct, manage staff and 800+ residents, oversee conduct investigations and adjudication, develop policies and assessment reports, coordinate housing operations and crisis response, deliver student support and training, collaborate with campus partners, and ensure compliance with institutional policies.

Full-time non-tenure Associate Professor of Accounting responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses face-to-face and online, developing syllabi, maintaining a full teaching and service load, conducting sustained peer-reviewed research, participating in academic service and professional development, advising students, and supporting division objectives. Must adhere to professional standards, maintain confidentiality, and perform additional duties as assigned.
