Teams at Florida Memorial University

Serve as chief liaison to university leadership and US Dept. of Education; manage Title III grants (Part B, Part F, HBO), ensure compliance with 2 CFR Part 200, oversee budgets, authorize expenditures, supervise grant staff, coordinate reporting and audits, manage procurement/equipment, develop project plans, evaluate program impact, and collaborate on institutional strategic initiatives.

Provide leadership for Housing & Residence Life and Student Conduct, manage staff and 800+ residents, oversee conduct investigations and adjudication, develop policies and assessment reports, coordinate housing operations and crisis response, deliver student support and training, collaborate with campus partners, and ensure compliance with institutional policies.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President of Advancement, manage donor relations and stewardship records, coordinate scheduling and travel, prepare correspondence and reports, collaborate with campus departments and event teams to enhance donor engagement, and handle confidential tasks and moderate physical duties.
