Supports administration of the university's classification and compensation programs. Conducts compensation analyses, reviews position and pay requests, partners with Talent Acquisition on offers, benchmarks salary data, maintains compensation systems, delivers training, and supports special projects like market studies, annual increases, reclassifications, and process improvements to ensure equity and policy compliance.

Produce, write, shoot and edit news stories for television, radio and digital platforms. Research sources, conduct on-camera interviews, capture and edit audio/video, create multi-platform content, maintain public records compliance, and participate in fundraising and public media events.

Sell WGCU sponsorships and marketing across radio, TV, and digital; build relationships with local businesses and nonprofits; create presentations, forecast and maximize local revenue, prepare budgets and reports, oversee third-party vendors, and develop nontraditional revenue strategies.

The Staff Accountant performs professional accounting functions including journal entries, financial reporting, account reconciliation, and compliance audits. They also oversee daily processing of departmental revenue and expenditures and maintain accounting records.

Oversee and coordinate daily operations, maintenance, safety, and technical support for bioengineering laboratories.
