Provides high-level administrative support to an Assistant Vice President and Housing & Residence Life. Responsibilities include budget and payroll support, calendar and correspondence management, meeting and event coordination, records and database maintenance, inventory and facilities coordination, policy interpretation, reporting, vendor interaction, and supervision of staff or student employees. The role also supports Workday hiring and termination processes and assists with cross-departmental administrative projects.

Supervises groundskeeping staff and contracted vendors, schedules and delegates work, inspects landscaping projects, coordinates maintenance and improvements, manages supplies and budgets, provides safety training, prepares cost and project reports, and supports campus emergency response.

Provides advanced technical support for university endpoints, applications, peripherals, classroom technologies, and IT services. Develops interprofessional simulation experiences, evaluates educational technologies, coordinates research and scholarship, pursues grants and partnerships, and advances continuous improvement. Teaches and mentors students and faculty while contributing to university and community service.

Develops and executes social media strategies and branded content for university institutional channels. Advises departments on social media practices, content development, training, compliance, and platform management. Monitors engagement, audience trends, competitiveness, and platform developments; analyzes results and recommends improvements. Captures photos and videos, supports sensitive communications, develops procedures, and supervises student workers and interns.

Develops and executes fundraising strategies for WGCU and FGCU, managing a portfolio of approximately 150 donors and prospects. Identifies, cultivates, solicits, and stewards philanthropic relationships; prepares proposals and gift agreements; coordinates campaigns, communications, events, and donor programs; maintains donor data; and collaborates across departments to align funding opportunities with institutional priorities. Represents the organization at community and donor events and supports grant proposal development.

The professor will teach undergraduate and graduate managerial accounting courses, develop curriculum, advise students, and use instructional technologies across teaching modalities. Provide one-on-one and group career advising to students and alumni, deliver career readiness workshops, build employer and campus partnerships, support career fairs and events, supervise peer advisors, manage career programs/projects, develop advising resources, and may teach career courses.

Support Advancement by entering and reconciling gifts in Raiser's Edge NXT, maintaining constituent records, preparing acknowledgements and tax receipts, processing matching gifts, assisting with mailings and data projects, and collaborating with Advancement and Finance teams to ensure accurate donor and gift records.
