The role investigates variances, maintains supporting schedules, verifies data across systems, and contributes to process improvement and cross-training while preserving segregation of duties.

Performs railroad track maintenance, repair, and construction under supervision. Responsibilities include operating track equipment and tools, transporting and handling materials, providing safety watch, following railway safety procedures, and completing required training, examinations, and FRA certifications. The role involves outdoor work, heavy lifting, prolonged noise exposure, and operation of railway maintenance vehicles.

Performs railroad track maintenance, repair, and construction under supervision. Duties include transporting and handling materials, operating track maintenance equipment and vehicles, using power and hand tools, providing safety watch, assisting crew members, and following railroad safety procedures. The role requires outdoor physical work, completion of safety and roadway worker training, FRA A and B certifications, and qualification to operate maintenance-of-way vehicles.

Coordinates CG Railway’s import and export shipments, including ACE manifesting, customs documentation, customer and broker communications, trade compliance, recordkeeping, shipment tracking, delay resolution, dangerous goods documentation, audits, and invoicing coordination. Requires bilingual Spanish-English communication, strong Microsoft Office skills, five years of relevant import/export documentation experience, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
