Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, SEO, SEM, and PPC channels. Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, optimize results through data-driven decisions, create brand-aligned content, monitor market trends and competitors, ensure regulatory compliance, collaborate with IT, and recommend improvements to digital member experience.

Develops revenue by sourcing, managing, expanding, and retaining commercial member relationships involving loans, deposits, and fee-based services. Consults with business owners, recommends financial solutions, qualifies deals, ensures credit and compliance requirements, provides qualified cross-sell referrals, and maintains accurate documentation. Builds a commercial portfolio and prospects for new business across Alachua and surrounding counties while following regulatory and internal control policies.

Processes debit, credit, and ATM card functions, including new and replacement cards, lost or stolen cards, fraud and dispute claims, account maintenance, and error correction. Supports branch and frontline staff, ensures compliance with card regulations, coordinates with card processors, reviews records, and reports cardholder statistics to management.
