Provides high-level administrative, operational, governance, and board support. Manages executive scheduling, documentation, compliance tracking, project coordination, internal workflows, and strategic initiatives. Evaluates training progress and course effectiveness, updates curricula, and assesses organizational training needs.

Supports the Marketing Department with content creation, social media scheduling, community events, promotional materials, proofreading, basic video production, and website updates. Assists with seasonal campaigns and general administrative tasks while gaining hands-on experience across multiple marketing functions.

Develop and manage small-business banking relationships, originate and structure non-real-estate commercial loans, open business deposit accounts, and oversee portfolios. Responsibilities include prospecting, financial analysis, loan documentation, onboarding, risk monitoring, covenant compliance, collections support, and adherence to BSA/AML, fair-lending, and other regulatory requirements.
