The Account Executive develops and manages physician referral relationships to increase referrals and patient volume within an assigned market. Responsibilities include consultative selling, territory strategy, CRM and Salesforce tracking, KPI management, cross-selling services, referral issue resolution, stakeholder engagement, community events, budget oversight, and monitoring healthcare and regulatory changes.
