Provides hands-on care to residents in long-term care or assisted living settings. Assists with daily living activities, mobility, feeding, vital signs, documentation, hygiene, safety, and emotional support. Reports changes in resident condition, follows infection-control procedures, collaborates with nursing and therapy teams, and supports individualized care plans. Requires active STNA certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, compassionate communication, teamwork, and attention to detail. Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.

Provides direct patient and resident care in healthcare, long-term care, or assisted living settings. Assesses health status, develops and implements care plans, administers medications and treatments, performs clinical procedures, documents care in EHR systems, educates patients and families, responds to emergencies, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams. Advocates for patients while maintaining regulatory compliance, safety, and quality standards.

Provides direct nursing care to residents in healthcare, long-term care, or assisted living settings. Responsibilities include administering medications, wound care, monitoring vital signs, assisting with daily activities, documenting care, following individualized care plans, maintaining infection control, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and advocating for residents and families.

Assists with meal preparation, tray assembly, meal delivery, and food service for residents or patients. Follows special dietary instructions, portion controls, and food safety procedures. Maintains clean kitchen and dining areas, restocks supplies, supports inventory monitoring, and responds courteously to resident and patient requests. Collaborates with cooks, supervisors, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service. On-the-job training is provided.
