Assist in preparing and serving meals to residents/patients according to menus and dietary guidelines, including special diets. Maintain sanitation and food safety in kitchen and dining areas, restock supplies, monitor inventory, and provide courteous resident interaction. Work collaboratively with cooks and dietary supervisors to ensure timely, accurate meal service and adherence to dietary requirements.
