Leads sales performance across five Pacific Northwest branches, driving revenue growth, forecasting, KPI performance, and customer relationships. Manages and coaches showroom, in-home, and commercial sales teams while aligning sales volume with manufacturing capacity and profitability. The role requires regular regional travel, multi-location leadership, and experience in sales leadership, building materials, construction, or custom manufacturing.
