Establishes visual, cinematic, editorial, and production standards across design, motion, and video. Mentors multidisciplinary teams, directs creative execution, and develops brand guidelines, design systems, templates, and review frameworks. Partners with strategy and production leaders to translate business goals into emotionally engaging narratives with clear technical product messaging.

Lead Flock’s external communications and PR strategy, crisis communications, issues management, executive thought leadership, media relations, and brand narrative. Build measurable communications metrics, secure major media placements and speaking opportunities, advise and media-train executives, manage agency partners, and lead a high-performing communications team focused on public safety technology, policy, and community audiences.

Build and scale full-stack platform services for user onboarding, identity management, privacy controls, and secure public-safety workflows. Develop React applications, Node.js APIs, database models, and complex SQL queries. Containerize applications with Docker, deploy Kubernetes microservices using Helm, and leverage AWS services including S3, API Gateway, and SQS. Solve authentication, authorization, performance, and data-security challenges while shaping foundational platform architecture.
