Own daily operations at the Dallas hub, including facility management, inventory audits, shipment preparation, material collection, safety compliance, and forklift operations. Lead on-site direct reports, coordinate with field technicians and supply leadership, maintain accurate inventory records, and support inbound and outbound distribution. The role requires hands-on warehouse execution, physical material handling, reliable communication, and adherence to OSHA and site safety standards.

Lead Flock’s external communications and PR strategy, crisis communications, issues management, executive thought leadership, media relations, and brand narrative. Build measurable communications metrics, secure major media placements and speaking opportunities, advise and media-train executives, manage agency partners, and lead a high-performing communications team focused on public safety technology, policy, and community audiences.

Lead outdoor flight testing and evaluation of drone aircraft, hardware integrations, and system components. Serve as Pilot in Command, assess aircraft performance, write Python test scripts, analyze flight data, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and document technical findings for engineering teams. The role is on-site in Atlanta, involves outdoor testing over 70% of the time, and requires up to 25% domestic travel.
