Lead strategic account management and revenue delivery for Brand partners across retail, CPG, and agencies. Build and execute business plans, manage end-to-end ad sales cycles, coordinate cross-functional teams, create data-driven insights with MarSci, and drive partner retention and growth through consultative selling, presentations, and measurable ROI.

Serve as a client-facing advisor to retail and brand partners, driving adoption, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven insights. Manage account production, coordinate cross-functional delivery, identify upsell opportunities, support CSMs with reporting and strategy, and drive process improvements to reduce risk and scale operations.

Manage day-to-day People Operations across Germany and Eastern Europe including onboarding, contracts, payroll coordination, HRIS data maintenance, leave administration, offboarding, compliance support, audits, and vendor coordination. Partner with senior People Ops, external payroll/legal providers, and Finance to ensure accurate payslips and scalable operational processes during a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Lead and scale a global People Services function, modernizing HR technology and processes through AI and automation, driving service delivery standards, compliance, documentation, and continuous improvement while managing a distributed team and external partners.

Senior individual contributor who architects, prototypes, and ships production-grade AI solutions for Finance. Focus areas include agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, ML forecasting and anomaly detection, RAG and vector-store solutions, responsible AI and governance, and embedding AI into FP&A processes. Partners with engineering, IT, security, and finance teams to productionize systems and establish standards, monitoring, and controls.
