Own the full US enterprise sales cycle for MedTech and Pharma manufacturers: build target account lists, self-source outbound pipeline, run discovery, demos, negotiate and close, adapt European playbook to US regulatory buyers, represent the company at industry events, maintain CRM hygiene, forecast, and feed market intelligence to Product and Marketing.

Own a portfolio of European strategic accounts to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Lead business reviews, onboard customers, automate adoption, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, surface product insights, and grow into a team lead while remaining a hands-on individual contributor.

Lead the Regulatory product roadmap to scale enterprise adoption: prioritize features, close workflow gaps for regulatory experts, drive discovery-to-shipment with engineering and customer success, and identify long-term product opportunities, with strong customer proximity and pragmatic execution.

Build and own end-to-end AI-native fullstack features to improve medical device safety. Work across React frontend, Node.js backend, and relational/non-relational databases; partner with product; shape architecture, standards, and hiring.
