Responsibilities include self-sourcing pipeline, managing named accounts, leading executive stakeholder conversations, coordinating complex evaluations, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and developing land-and-expand strategies. The role also requires disciplined CRM forecasting, collaboration with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, and building a repeatable enterprise sales playbook.

Own Flinn’s BI infrastructure, data warehouse, dbt transformations, event tracking, dashboards, data quality, and BI roadmap. Partner with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Finance to deliver trusted insights. Build internal automations using n8n, Make, scripting, APIs, and AI tools, while enabling teams to answer their own data questions and improving operational efficiency.
