Build and ship AI-powered medical device products across the full stack, using React, Node.js, and relational and non-relational databases. Partner with product teams to understand customer needs, shape features, and own delivery from technical design through production iteration. Contribute to architecture, engineering standards, and AI-enabled product development while growing responsibility in a dynamic startup environment.

Owns Flinn’s legal function across commercial contracts, SaaS agreements, DPAs, IP, copyright, data protection, corporate, employment, and technology regulation. Advises teams on practical legal solutions, supports AI and product use cases, manages external counsel, tracks EU legal developments including the EU AI Act, and builds scalable legal templates, playbooks, and processes.

Build and qualify sales pipeline through targeted prospecting, outbound outreach, discovery, and meeting-setting. Engage senior B2B stakeholders in French and English, nurture early-stage opportunities, and collaborate with Marketing and Events to convert conferences and webinars into qualified opportunities. The role requires persistence, strong communication, organization, entrepreneurial ownership, and travel for conferences, customer meetings, and company events.
