Teams at Flink Robotics

Support Flink Robotics’ founding and commercial teams with strategic initiatives, investor materials, partnership outreach, market and customer research, talent acquisition, startup operations, and event planning. The intern will help scale autonomous robotics solutions while gaining broad experience in a fast-paced, VC-backed startup environment.

Lead deployment and troubleshooting of autonomous robot software at customer sites. Optimize robot performance, manage software upgrades across the fleet, define remote supervision processes, coordinate customer feedback with product teams, and build the forward-deployed engineering team. The role requires extensive C++ production experience, complex systems debugging, mentorship, customer communication, and travel to international partner locations.
