Support testing, tuning, installation, and debugging of an autonomous robotics software stack in the lab and at customer sites. Diagnose issues remotely and on-site, adapt software to real-world deployment conditions, and relay field data to engineering teams to improve models and expand use cases. The role involves extensive travel, customer handovers, and collaboration with field and engineering teams.
