Lead client-facing HRIS and payroll integration projects from kickoff through go-live and stabilization. Facilitate requirements workshops, define scope and timelines, document data mappings and integration flows, coordinate technical consultants and stakeholders, manage risks and changes, monitor project health, and support post-launch validation. Conduct discovery workshops, define requirements, estimate effort, author statements of work, configure SAP modules, manage integrations and data migration, and oversee testing, cutover, training, and hypercare. Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and IT leaders while managing scope, risks, timelines, budgets, and client communications across multi-country implementations.

Resolve complex escalated production issues on an integration platform. Diagnose BPMN workflows, connector logic, APIs, client data, and third-party system behavior; determine root causes; write fixes and patch scripts; document resolutions; coordinate with QA, Incident Management, and Cloud Engineering; and participate in an on-call rotation for critical incidents.

Designs, builds, and operates secure, scalable AWS cloud infrastructure supporting AI workloads, data pipelines, model training, deployment, monitoring, LLMs, and workflow automations. Leads cloud architecture, migrations, DevOps, governance, security, cost optimization, and technology roadmaps. Creates architectural documentation, mentors team members, validates AI solution implementations, collaborates with security and stakeholders, and provides technical leadership for production-ready cloud solutions.

Develop and demonstrate technical solutions and proofs of concept for prospective clients, ensure statements of work align with requirements and best practices, support Sales in closing opportunities, and relay client feedback to Support, Success, and Delivery teams. The role requires SaaS, API, integration, and software development knowledge, strong client communication, deadline management, and collaboration skills.

The role involves designing and implementing software for an integration platform, maintaining core components, and collaborating with other developers. Responsibilities include coding in Java, conducting various tests, and contributing to architecture decisions.

Work with marketing leadership to run SEO keyword research, build content architecture, perform on-page and technical SEO support, track visibility across Google and AI assistants, run experiments to identify how AI assistants cite sources, support backlink outreach and reporting, and deliver an audit showing measurable search and AI visibility improvements.

Lead and oversee test automation for web apps: design, implement, and review automated tests; create test plans; run functional, performance, load, security, and integration tests; mentor engineers; track defects and QA metrics; liaise with developers and product managers to validate fixes.
