Work with marketing leadership to run SEO keyword research, build content architecture, perform on-page and technical SEO support, track visibility across Google and AI assistants, run experiments to identify how AI assistants cite sources, support backlink outreach and reporting, and deliver an audit showing measurable search and AI visibility improvements.

Lead and oversee test automation for web apps: design, implement, and review automated tests; create test plans; run functional, performance, load, security, and integration tests; mentor engineers; track defects and QA metrics; liaise with developers and product managers to validate fixes.

Lead client-facing HRIS and payroll integration projects from kickoff through go-live and stabilization. Facilitate discovery sessions, translate requirements into documentation and data mappings, coordinate internal technical teams and stakeholders, manage risks and scope, monitor project health, support post-launch validation, and identify expansion opportunities.

Design, build, test, deploy, and support custom integrations connecting HR, payroll, and financial systems. Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable API- and file-based solutions, lead UAT and go-live activities, troubleshoot production issues, document technical details in Salesforce Service Cloud, and collaborate with PMs, support, partners, and clients throughout the full lifecycle.

The Pre-Sales Representative will develop solutions, deliver proof of concept demonstrations, and collaborate closely with sales to close processes, ensuring client needs are met with best practices.
