Lead client-facing HRIS and payroll integration projects from kickoff through go-live and stabilization. Facilitate requirements workshops, define scope and timelines, document data mappings and integration flows, coordinate technical consultants and stakeholders, manage risks and changes, monitor project health, and support post-launch validation. The role requires 3+ years of technology project management experience, HRIS or payroll knowledge, fluent French and English, and strong ownership in a remote environment.

Lead global SAP HCM, Onboarding, and Compensation engagements from scoping through go-live. Conduct discovery workshops, define requirements, estimate effort, author statements of work, configure SAP modules, manage integrations and data migration, and oversee testing, cutover, training, and hypercare. Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and IT leaders while managing scope, risks, timelines, budgets, and client communications across multi-country implementations.

Resolve complex escalated production issues on an integration platform. Diagnose BPMN workflows, connector logic, APIs, client data, and third-party system behavior; determine root causes; write fixes and patch scripts; document resolutions; coordinate with QA, Incident Management, and Cloud Engineering; and participate in an on-call rotation for critical incidents.
