Resolve complex escalated production issues on an integration platform. Diagnose BPMN workflows, connector logic, APIs, client data, and third-party system behavior; determine root causes; write fixes and patch scripts; document resolutions; coordinate with QA, Incident Management, and Cloud Engineering; and participate in an on-call rotation for critical incidents.

Designs, builds, and operates secure, scalable AWS cloud infrastructure supporting AI workloads, data pipelines, model training, deployment, monitoring, LLMs, and workflow automations. Leads cloud architecture, migrations, DevOps, governance, security, cost optimization, and technology roadmaps. Creates architectural documentation, mentors team members, validates AI solution implementations, collaborates with security and stakeholders, and provides technical leadership for production-ready cloud solutions.

Develop and demonstrate technical solutions and proofs of concept for prospective clients, ensure statements of work align with requirements and best practices, support Sales in closing opportunities, and relay client feedback to Support, Success, and Delivery teams. The role requires SaaS, API, integration, and software development knowledge, strong client communication, deadline management, and collaboration skills.
