Manage internal corporate IT operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, account access, device provisioning, hardware inventory, helpdesk support, and Google Workspace and Office 365 administration. Maintain JumpCloud identity and device management, endpoint security monitoring, patching, and compliance using Elastic tools. Support office networking and audiovisual equipment, document procedures in Confluence, assist Cloud Ops, and participate in off-hours on-call rotations.

Design, build, test, deploy, and support custom integrations connecting HR, payroll, and financial systems. Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable API- and file-based solutions, lead UAT and go-live activities, troubleshoot production issues, document technical details in Salesforce Service Cloud, and collaborate with PMs, support, partners, and clients throughout the full lifecycle.

Provide bilingual (EN/FR) executive support to VPs, translate strategy into action plans, manage calendars and communications, improve processes across Sales/Accounting/AR/Customer Success, maintain dashboards and data integrity, coordinate cross-functional and partner activities, and support customer onboarding and international expansion.
