Oversee global treasury operations, including cash and liquidity management, banking relationships, financial risk mitigation, hedging, forecasting, reporting, and treasury systems. The role manages financial resources, ensures regulatory compliance, supports strategic decisions, and leads a team of treasury professionals.

Manage Flexport’s leadership development rotation, sales associate onboarding, sales enablement, documentation, and special projects. Responsibilities include creating training curricula, maintaining Confluence content, partnering with sales leadership and executives, driving program adoption, measuring impact, and improving programs through feedback loops.

Manage end-to-end import and export freight shipments across ocean, air, and intermodal networks. Coordinate with carriers, customs, warehouses, trucking providers, and other partners to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Resolve client issues, meet KPIs and SLAs, quote and invoice shipments, support operational reporting, and participate in client calls. Design, implement, and administer identity and access management systems, including Okta, directory services, MFA, SSO, RBAC, and access governance. Partner with Security on risk reduction and compliance, document procedures and roadmaps, and provide senior escalation support for complex IT operations.

Collaborate with commercial, demand, and international teams to win and support business, communicate market intelligence, resolve escalations, and improve trade execution. The role also leads cross-functional meetings, develops scalable tools and processes, and represents Flexport commercially in a regulated global trade environment.

Manage ocean carrier procurement for the Transpacific-Eastbound trade, including rate negotiations, RFP strategy, carrier relationships, contract pricing, and procurement operations. Partner with commercial and demand teams to win and support business, communicate market intelligence, lead cross-functional meetings, and execute trade strategy globally. The role also handles escalations, develops scalable processes, and requires regional and international travel.

Designs fulfillment solutions for complex enterprise clients from pre-sales through implementation. Responsibilities include warehouse workflow design, slotting and storage strategy, WMS/ERP integration planning, time studies, facility and equipment cost scoping, cost-to-serve modeling, implementation timelines, and process improvement. Partners with Sales, Operations, Product, Technology, Pricing, and Implementation teams while developing reusable solutioning frameworks and ensuring operational and regulatory compliance.

Lead RFPs, renewals, business reviews, account growth, retention, and cross-functional solutions across ocean, air, trucking, and customs. Act as a strategic supply chain partner, identify expansion opportunities, mentor teammates, improve processes with AI-enabled tools, and navigate regulated humanitarian logistics environments.

The Enterprise Account Executive will acquire and grow customer accounts by selling Flexport’s supply chain and fulfillment solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, conducting discovery, developing tailored solutions, closing new and expansion business, leading client business reviews, coordinating onboarding, and collaborating with operations teams across ocean, air, trucking, and customs. The role requires strong relationship-building, consultative selling, structured sales execution, and experience in logistics or supply chain industries.

An 18-month rotational program covering gateway operations, customs, and sales/account management. Participants manage live shipment and client work while developing supply chain expertise, SQL, AI and low-code automation skills, reporting capabilities, and Lean process improvement experience. Graduates earn certification in AI and low-code tooling and transition primarily into Account Management, with additional paths in Automation Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Consulting, Sales Engineering, Operations, Sales, or Customs.
