Execute ocean and air freight shipments from booking through final delivery. Drive new business and expand existing accounts for Flexport’s LCL and buyers consolidation services across North America. Responsibilities include prospecting, pricing, bid management, full-cycle sales, client relationship growth, sales collateral, pipeline reporting, and process improvement. The role partners closely with APAC product and operations teams to improve service quality, pricing, and scalable processes while identifying cross-sell opportunities.

Lead and develop Flexport’s mid-market sales team in Chicago. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, setting quotas, monitoring performance metrics, improving consultative sales processes, driving revenue growth, and executing go-to-market strategies. The role partners with senior leadership and offers a 50/50 base salary and uncapped bonus compensation model.

Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of Flexport’s global logistics visibility products. Define tracking and mapping features for physical goods, solve complex operational problems through data and structured logic, establish metrics frameworks, and measure product outcomes. Partner with engineering, design, commercial, planning, and operations teams across global locations to translate logistics workflows into intuitive user-facing and operator-facing systems.

Own the Commerce product area at Flexport, defining 12–18-month roadmaps and delivering features for quoting, billing, invoicing, payments, and logistics workflows. Build intelligent AI agents, improve automation and profitability, partner with engineering, design, sales, and operations teams, and use SQL, analytics frameworks, and quantitative insights to prioritize initiatives and measure outcomes. Collaborate globally with teams in the US and China to create intuitive products for logistics operators and clients.

Own product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Flexport’s Commerce domain across quoting, billing, invoicing, payments, automation, and cost intelligence. Lead multiple engineering teams, use SQL and metrics to guide investment, align cross-functional stakeholders, influence leadership decisions, and mentor product managers. Collaborate globally with teams in the United States and China to deliver integrated commerce experiences for logistics clients and operators.

Owns strategy and execution for Flexport’s Visibility product domain, including shipment mapping, tracking, and client-facing logistics experiences. The role leads multi-year roadmaps across engineering teams, uses SQL and metrics frameworks to guide decisions, aligns global cross-functional stakeholders, solves complex operational problems, represents the domain in leadership forums, and mentors other product managers.

Own end-to-end automation and strategic fulfillment initiatives, from problem definition and ROI modeling through implementation and post-launch performance tracking. Evaluate and deploy warehouse automation such as ASRS, robotics, conveyors, and goods-to-person systems. Build SQL, Python, and BI tools; develop operational workflows, SOPs, KPIs, and network roadmaps; and partner with engineering, product, operations, finance, and leadership to scale solutions and manage major capital investments.

Own and evolve Flexport’s implementation methodology, create standardized playbooks, and lead client implementations from award through steady-state delivery. Scope awarded business, build project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage critical paths, report status and risks to leadership, adapt plans as conditions change, and capture lessons learned to improve future implementations.

Lead and grow a Trade Advisory team providing customs and trade compliance advice. Oversee client portfolios, develop service offerings, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor associates, and drive operational and revenue goals.

The Account Executive is responsible for driving complex enterprise sales deals, establishing partnerships, and leading strategic account management to meet customer needs and achieve quotas.

Design, implement, and administer identity and access management systems, including Okta, directory services, MFA, SSO, RBAC, and access governance. Manage SaaS collaboration platforms and Mac and Windows endpoint infrastructure using Jamf and Intune. Automate user provisioning, deprovisioning, and application access workflows. Partner with Security on risk reduction and compliance, document procedures and roadmaps, and provide senior escalation support for complex IT operations.

Serve as the operational bridge between e-commerce/retail clients and warehouse/3PL partners. Own SLA compliance, onboarding, billing reconciliation, forecasting and capacity planning, performance reporting, escalations, and partner accountability. Provide hands-on WMS/OMS support, train partner staff, drive corrective actions, and deliver client-facing reviews to retain and grow accounts while documenting processes for 4PL partnerships.

Manage and execute post-entry filings (PSC, protests), monitor liquidation statuses, maintain trackers, run analytics and reporting, coordinate automation and ACE portal access, interface with CBP and clients, manage deadlines, invoices, SOPs, and support Trade Advisory operations.

Build, deploy, and maintain production-grade integrations and automations (Retool, n8n, Python/Streamlit, Apps Script, SQL). Translate business requirements into technical solutions, partner with Customs BD and operations, own rollout and monitoring, and document solutions for adoption and maintainability.

The Global Operations Associate will manage customer supply chains, ensure shipment quality, handle client issues, and coordinate logistics within a regional network.

Manage HS classification service and projects, research and assign Harmonized Tariff Schedule classifications, audit accuracy, maintain client databases, track CBP regulations and Section 301 tariffs, prepare deliverables, and support trade advisory infrastructure and stakeholder communication.
