Oversee production team operations, supervise associates, plan and schedule tasks, enforce safety and compliance, run training and onboarding, analyze processes to improve efficiency and reduce overtime, manage inventory and resources, and facilitate communication between staff and management.

Prepare and fold linens (manually or using industrial folding machines), inspect and package products to company standards, operate laundry equipment, perform inventory counts, housekeeping, and follow health and safety and quality procedures.

Oversee all office administrative operations to ensure efficient daily functioning: manage supplies, coordinate schedules, handle administrative and vendor tasks, support HR functions, and maintain a positive, productive work environment.

Operate commercial laundry equipment to wash, dry, inspect, and package linens. Manually load/unload, separate soils, process special wash requests, meet quality and time standards, and maintain efficiency and accuracy.
