Develops human-data capture and integration pipelines for robotics foundation models and reinforcement learning. Responsibilities include reconstructing 3D objects and environments, creating simulation-to-real training environments, designing multimodal policy architectures, evaluating robot foundation models, and transferring human manipulation skills to dexterous hands and humanoid robots.

Own the design, provisioning, operation, and optimization of cloud-based GPU clusters supporting large-scale model training and inference. Partner with AI engineers to improve training performance and hardware utilization, contribute to ML libraries and infrastructure tooling, develop GPU compute strategies, optimize multi-cloud capacity and costs, and improve reliability, testing, documentation, and engineering practices.

Leads global FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, cash-flow management, reporting, controls, procurement, payroll, tax compliance, accounting processes, and audits. Builds scalable finance systems and processes for a rapidly growing robotics startup, supporting strategic decisions and communicating financial insights to leadership and investors.

Build and own infrastructure platforms, tooling, APIs, SDKs, and customer-facing applications that support large-scale humanoid robot deployments. Lead projects from design through rollout, shape architecture across teams, operate reliable backend systems, and improve testing, documentation, and engineering practices. Partner with research, robotics, and deployment teams while advancing AI-assisted development tooling.

Own the AI platform product roadmap for humanoid robot autonomy, defining reusable robot capabilities, data and feedback workflows, and customer-facing interfaces for deployment, monitoring, diagnostics, and operations. Partner with research, engineering, and commercial teams to translate AI advances into products, understand customer use cases, and prioritize opportunities. Regular customer-site visits across Europe and beyond are required, up to 10%.

Manage the product roadmap for developer tools connecting Flexion's AI software with robots, working closely with engineering and customers to enhance integration workflows.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will lead technical integrations for customer accounts, manage software lifecycle, and resolve field issues, with hands-on robotics software development.

The intern will develop humanoid robot motion generation techniques using generative models, focusing on trajectory generation and perception in 3D environments.

The Research Engineer will develop VLA models for humanoid robots, focusing on dexterous manipulation and bridging human actions with motor control using large-scale video datasets.
