Lead Flexion’s commercial strategy and execution, converting robotics proof-of-concepts into multi-year enterprise and OEM contracts. Build the company’s first repeatable go-to-market model, including segmentation, qualification, pricing, packaging, forecasting, CRM, and commercial governance. Personally manage strategic customer relationships, proposals, negotiations, and partnerships while hiring and developing the initial commercial team. The role requires frequent travel across Europe and the US.

Develops human-data capture and integration pipelines for robotics foundation models and reinforcement learning. Responsibilities include reconstructing 3D objects and environments, creating simulation-to-real training environments, designing multimodal policy architectures, evaluating robot foundation models, and transferring human manipulation skills to dexterous hands and humanoid robots.

Own the design, provisioning, operation, and optimization of cloud-based GPU clusters supporting large-scale model training and inference. Partner with AI engineers to improve training performance and hardware utilization, contribute to ML libraries and infrastructure tooling, develop GPU compute strategies, optimize multi-cloud capacity and costs, and improve reliability, testing, documentation, and engineering practices.
