Develop, run, validate, and interpret physics simulations for industrial and research problems. Investigate convergence, modeling assumptions, boundary conditions, mesh sensitivity, and discrepancies with reference data. The Enterprise Account Executive will create new business opportunities, close accounts, ensure customer success, and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue.

Own customer provisioning and onboarding from signed deal through first value, including access, licenses, entitlements, account records, audits, and handoffs. Resolve access requests, coordinate with Sales and technical teams, identify account risks and expansion opportunities, support renewal readiness, and improve manual processes. Track KPIs such as provisioning speed, accuracy, onboarding completion, and entitlement accuracy using HubSpot, administrative consoles, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Own end-to-end billing operations, invoicing, customer procurement portals, quote-to-cash workflows, accounts receivable, collections, dispute resolution, and reconciliation across HubSpot, Chargebee, QuickBooks, and spreadsheets. Partner with Sales, Finance, and customers to ensure accurate, timely billing and collection. Improve processes, eliminate billing leakage, and maintain trustworthy revenue data.

Develop and optimize CFD simulation software, implement features, collaborate on user interface and visual tools, follow software engineering practices.

Develop algorithms for 3D geometry and meshing technology in CFD simulations, collaborating with teams to optimize performance and user experience.

The Senior Design Automation Engineer will develop EDA tool integrations, automate workflows, and leverage AI for photonic circuit design, focusing on physics-driven applications.

Design, build, and maintain backend systems and scalable web APIs for an EM simulation platform. Integrate hybrid cloud and on-prem HPC, optimize HPC clusters, improve data management, implement containerized orchestration, and collaborate with EM and infrastructure teams to enhance schedulers, pipelines, and developer tooling.

The Account Executive will drive adoption of the Aero Intelligence platform, selling innovative multi-physics simulation solutions to engineering leadership in various industries.

The Software Engineer will develop and enhance infrastructure and user-facing functionalities in cloud-native simulation platforms, collaborate on technical projects, and support AI and backend system initiatives.

Build and operate the Tidy3D platform: backend services and control plane for job submission, scheduling, and result delivery across heterogeneous GPU resources; manage releases and packaging (PyPI), CI/CD, and deployments (cloud, customer-managed, on-prem); monitor and maintain production health, respond to incidents, and manage cloud cost and capacity.
