Lead GTM strategy, forecasting, and operational execution for Flex’s New Verticals. Build reporting and revenue systems, design sales processes, territory structures, and pipeline frameworks. Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Risk, and RevOps. Perform market sizing, TAM analysis, and business cases for new verticals. Hire and grow a revenue strategy and operations team to scale greenfield lines of business.

The VP of Account Management will drive strategic partnerships, manage enterprise accounts, oversee partnership performance, and lead a team to maximize growth for Flex.

The Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships will develop and manage strategic partnerships, drive growth, and lead a business development team. Responsibilities include launching partnerships, managing relationships, and aligning with organizational objectives.
