The VP of Business Development will lead efforts in sourcing and closing strategic partnerships, driving significant revenue growth, and collaborating cross-functionally within the organization. This role requires a track record of success in complex sales negotiations and effective relationship management with executive stakeholders.

Provide proactive, high-touch administrative support to a pod of 2-3 senior executives: manage complex calendars, travel and meeting logistics, prepare briefing materials, capture meeting actions (using AI tools), and coordinate cross-executive priorities. Contribute to EA team processes, playbooks, and AI-assisted workflows to scale executive operations in a fast-growing fintech environment.

The Director of Strategic Finance will lead key financial initiatives, influence business strategies, and enhance operational decision-making while collaborating with executives and departments.
