As the founding New Verticals Solutions Engineering hire, the role establishes processes, develops the hiring plan, recruits and coaches Solution Engineers, and grows into formal team leadership.

Own end-to-end compliance reviews for product launches, changes, marketing initiatives, and emerging regulatory issues. Apply lending and payments regulations to product design, disclosures, fees, and customer journeys. Operate and improve AI-assisted compliance workflows, monitoring, and risk assessment tools; conduct product risk assessments; drive remediation with Product and Engineering; coordinate bank partner approvals; and create reusable standards and documentation. This senior individual contributor role also informally mentors junior reviewers without direct management responsibility.

The Sales Development Representative will build pipeline and generate revenue by prospecting property management companies. Responsibilities include managing CRM activity, developing tailored outbound strategies, engaging executives and decision-makers, responding to inbound leads, educating prospects about Flex, and collaborating with Accounts on customer adoption plans. The role is hybrid in Salt Lake City and includes company travel to offsites, sales kickoff events, and the New York headquarters.

Use research, analytics, experimentation, and prototypes to guide decisions; mentor designers; evolve the Ultraviolet design system; establish AI-assisted design practices; and partner with product, engineering, risk, and compliance teams.

Lead product design for Flex’s B2B Property Hub, serving property managers and on-site teams. Shape product vision and strategy, align multiple teams, lead critical design explorations, and create prototypes and standards. Design complex financial workflows, including reconciliation, errors, pending states, and recovery. Conduct user research, apply quantitative insights, structure experiments, evolve the Ultraviolet design system, mentor designers, and establish AI-supported design practices.

The Director of Product will lead the payments platform strategy, oversee transaction processing and fraud management, drive cost efficiencies, and manage a product team while aligning with engineering and risk stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end partner integrations into new verticals (insurance, utilities, auto). Scope, build, launch, and maintain billing/payment integrations; triage reliability issues; accelerate time-to-integrate through tooling and process improvements; coordinate BD, engineering, and operations to scale repeatable integration patterns.

Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic property management customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
