Provide outsourced HR support to multiple clients: onboarding, benefits administration, performance coaching, terminations, audits, compliance, workers' compensation, HRIS/payroll platform use, and client-facing HR advisory to ensure policy adherence and positive employee experience.

Manage customer estimates and orders for trade show flooring, convert estimates to sales, coordinate with production and track activity in Salesforce. Grow and maintain accounts, provide customer service, and solve project issues for varied show sizes.

Support operational processes, maintain compliance (CTPAT, FSVP), coordinate EDI transactions, and produce operational reports. Remote HR Strategy Consultant supporting multiple clients: develop handbooks and policies, conduct benefits audits, build org charts and workforce plans, track HR KPIs, manage onboarding/offboarding and leaves, advise on discipline/performance, ensure multi-state compliance, and optimize HR technology.

Produce and manage social, blog, and video content; design branded graphics and event materials; capture photography/video at events; support executive marketing, recruiting, and travel-based promotion efforts.

Hybrid HR Manager and Business Development Manager (50/50 split). Provide full-service HR support to client portfolio—onboarding, benefits, compliance, employee relations, workers’ comp, audits—and manage inbound B2B sales: discovery calls, qualify leads (BANT), build proposals, maintain pipeline in HubSpot, and handle post-close handoffs.

Manage end-to-end payroll for multiple clients (6-12), ensuring timely pay, tax and garnishment compliance, reconciliations, payroll reporting, timekeeping integration, and client support. Maintain payroll records, process adjustments, terminations, and benefit/401(k) deductions while using multiple payroll platforms and providing high-quality customer service.
