Provide strategic litigation and appellate support across civil cases: research and draft substantive motions and briefs, preserve appellate issues, serve as appellate counsel during trial, collaborate with trial teams on strategy, and support business development and client-facing initiatives.

Manage full-cycle recruiting as an embedded partner for multiple clients: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Advise leaders on talent strategy, market conditions, and hiring best practices. Maintain ATS documentation, draft job postings, track metrics, ensure legal compliance, and collaborate with Flex HR consultants to deliver high-quality, confidential, client-focused recruiting services.

Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analyses versus budget, forecast, and prior periods; analyze product and brand profitability; develop budgeting templates; partner with management for financial reviews; identify root causes and recommend corrective actions; support strategic initiatives and special projects; present findings to senior leadership.

Manage end-to-end full-cycle recruiting for multiple client engagements: source, screen, and shortlist candidates; maintain HubSpot pipelines; report metrics; support client intake and decision-making; refine recruiting processes and collaborate with the team to deliver a white-glove client and candidate experience.

Serve as a hands-on executive overseeing internal operations, finance coordination, facilities, vendor/IT relationships, staff supervision, and board support. Ensure compliance, implement operational policies, support budgeting/audits, and translate strategic priorities into measurable plans while fostering a service-oriented culture.
