Manage outsourced HR services for multiple clients, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance improvement processes, terminations, payroll and HRIS support, compliance, workers’ compensation claims, audits, and policy development. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, employees, and managers while resolving issues, maintaining accurate records, administering benefits and retirement requests, and ensuring multi-state labor-law compliance.

Manage high-volume, multi-state payroll processing for a portfolio of clients. Responsibilities include payroll calculations, tax and benefit deductions, direct deposits, garnishments, adjustments, terminations, reconciliations, payroll reporting, compliance, and resolving employee inquiries. The role also supports open enrollment, maintains payroll records, processes tax changes, and ensures accurate, timely payroll runs while providing customer service to clients and employees.

Provide strategic civil litigation and appellate support from pretrial through appeal. Responsibilities include researching and drafting substantive motions and appellate briefs, serving as appellate counsel during trial, preserving issues for review, shaping litigation strategy, advising clients and co-counsel, and contributing to business development. Requires a J.D., Texas or New Mexico licensure, at least three years of civil litigation or clerkship experience, exceptional legal writing, and strong professional judgment.
