Teams at Flex HR

Provide outsourced HR support to multiple clients: onboarding, benefits administration, performance coaching, terminations, audits, compliance, workers' compensation, HRIS/payroll platform use, and client-facing HR advisory to ensure policy adherence and positive employee experience.

Manage customer estimates and orders for trade show flooring, convert estimates to sales, coordinate with production and track activity in Salesforce. Grow and maintain accounts, provide customer service, and solve project issues for varied show sizes.

Support operational processes, maintain compliance (CTPAT, FSVP), coordinate EDI transactions, and produce operational reports. Perform bookkeeping tasks including AP/AR, reconciliations, month/year-end support, payroll assistance, and coordinate with external accountants. Provide general office administration and onboarding support.
