Own retention for at-risk dental customers by building relationships, executing success plans, driving product adoption, coordinating cross-functional support, documenting feedback, and tracking retention metrics to reduce churn and identify expansion opportunities.

Lead and develop the customer/technical support team, manage daily support operations and escalations, analyze support trends, maintain knowledge base and workflows, partner cross-functionally to improve product quality, assist hiring and workforce planning, and provide hands-on support during high-volume or critical situations.
