Lead architecture, design, deployment, and operations of corporate LAN/WAN, wireless, OT core, and physical security networks across global data center campuses. Own network lifecycle from planning through commissioning, drive standards, automation, resiliency, carrier strategy, and resolve complex escalations while partnering with construction, operations, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Lead end-to-end procurement for mechanical cooling equipment across data center projects. Develop category strategies, run RFx processes, qualify and manage suppliers, mitigate supply risks, drive supplier performance and sustainability initiatives, and report on cost savings and procurement KPIs.

Lead contract lifecycle for large-scale data center construction and operational services: issue and evaluate RFx, draft/ negotiate/execute contracts, manage renewals/amendments, collaborate with legal/finance/engineering/procurement, mitigate contract risks, and resolve disputes and claims to support mega-scale campus builds and operations.

Define and author technical use cases and user stories, map data flows and APIs, lead grooming and testing, support IT operational readiness for data center launches, develop IT roadmaps and governance, coordinate cross-functional programs, and manage change and customer-facing requirements to ensure timely delivery of technology initiatives.

Develop and maintain detailed schedules for data center campus design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Track progress, analyze variances, identify risks, perform critical path analysis, coordinate with internal teams and contractors, and produce regular reports. Support scheduling standards, templates, and process improvements to enable on-time delivery.

Support General Counsel with corporate and real estate development legal work: entity management, compliance, due diligence, legal research, contract review and execution, outside counsel management, legal operations systems, briefing materials, and GC calendar and cross-functional initiative tracking for nationwide data center development and operations.

Lead program-level cost management for large-scale data center builds: cost planning and control, progress measurement, risk mitigation, RFx and procurement support, contract negotiation, quantity surveying, cost estimates, valuation, contingency and commitment tracking, and financial reporting to manage margins and budgets across multi‑site construction programs.

Lead architecture, design, and technical strategy for hyperscale campus network infrastructure. Define standards for fiber, cabling, carrier and OT networks; design ISP/OSP fiber; review vendor/construction packages; support commissioning, testing, and operations; run technical evaluations, RFPs, and vendor/carrier selection; advise customers and manage lifecycle cost, procurement, and reliability improvements.

Lead design coordination and document control for large-scale data center projects. Manage design deliverables, schedules, reviews, and documentation systems (Procore/Aconex/AutoDesk Docs/Smartsheet). Ensure compliance with standards, support cross-functional teams, prepare audit-ready documentation, and implement process improvements to streamline multi-site, mission-critical data center delivery.

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of rack deployments across data centers, ensuring compliance and coordinating with various teams and stakeholders.

Review and validate Revit and Navisworks models for BIM standards and data quality, establish and manage BIM processes/CDE, design and model physical security systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection), coordinate BIM execution across design, construction, and operations, develop BIM documentation and digital workflows, administer content libraries, and provide training and QA/QC for multi-site data center projects.

The VP, Corporate Counsel will provide legal guidance on data center leasing transactions, manage contracts, and oversee outside counsel, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
