Lead and develop the Contracts Management team for large-scale data center construction and operational services. Manage RFx processes, draft/ negotiate/execute contracts with GCs, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants, administer contract lifecycle, resolve disputes and claims, ensure compliance, and collaborate with legal, finance, construction, engineering, and procurement to align contractual, technical, and financial objectives.

Define and author technical use cases and user stories, map data flows and APIs, lead grooming and testing, support IT operational readiness for data center launches, develop IT roadmaps and governance, coordinate cross-functional programs, and manage change and customer-facing requirements to ensure timely delivery of technology initiatives.

Lead the sourcing and procurement of electrical equipment for data center projects, managing supplier relationships and procurement lifecycle while implementing strategies for sustainability and performance metrics.

Drive program-level cost management for large-scale data center builds, focusing on procurement, cost control, and contract negotiations, while collaborating closely with various teams.

Oversee contracts management for data center construction projects, including RFx processes, negotiation, execution of contracts, and risk mitigation.

Lead program-level cost management for large-scale data center builds: cost planning and control, progress measurement, risk mitigation, RFx and procurement support, contract negotiation, quantity surveying, cost estimates, valuation, contingency and commitment tracking, and financial reporting to manage margins and budgets across multi‑site construction programs.

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of rack deployments across data centers, ensuring compliance and coordinating with various teams and stakeholders.
