Teams at Fleet Data Centers

Own the technical customer relationship for a named account: define product/lease requirements, manage Engineering Change Requests, develop tailored AI data center solutions across compute/GPU/storage/networking, align delivery with internal TPM/BTM teams, influence product roadmap, and support lead generation and solution pitches. Regular travel (~25-30%) and cross-functional leadership required.

Lead end-to-end procurement for mechanical cooling equipment across data center projects. Develop category strategies, run RFx processes, qualify and manage suppliers, mitigate supply risks, drive supplier performance and sustainability initiatives, and report on cost savings and procurement KPIs.

The Project Engineer will manage the execution of large-scale data center construction projects, ensuring adherence to design, schedule, quality, and budget objectives through coordination with cross-functional teams and oversight of MEP systems.
