Receive, identify, verify, stage, and move pipe, valves, fittings, flanges, and related PVF materials. Manage inventory/check-in processes, resolve discrepancies, coordinate deliveries and transfers, and operate company vehicles with non-CDL trailers when required to support Capital Projects.

Receive and check incoming PVF (pipe, valves, fittings, flanges), verify materials against paperwork, assist loading/unloading, secure and transport loads (non-CDL trailer), perform basic inventory/warehouse tasks, use basic computer tools, and coordinate with vendors, drivers, and project personnel.

Enter and process vendor invoices in the ERP system, reconcile vendor statements, research and resolve discrepancies, process check/ACH and credit card transactions, communicate with vendors and branches, and assist with reporting and confidential cost-related duties.

Maintain inventory flow by unloading, stocking, marking, and transferring materials; assemble and package customer orders; load shipments using forklifts and cranes; enter inventory data; prepare shipping documentation; follow safety and OSHA policies; keep warehouse clean and report hazards.

Coordinate project schedules, materials, shipments and documentation; communicate with customers and vendors; support inside sales; manage risks, ensure deadlines, maintain project frameworks and provide administrative and operational support.

Perform receiving, stocking, order assembly, packaging, and loading for shipments. Operate forklifts and overhead cranes, maintain inventory records, follow safety/OSHA rules, and support warehouse cleanliness and documentation for carriers.

Sell company products and services to new and existing clients via phone and relationship management. Generate leads, demonstrate offerings, manage orders and forecasts, maintain sales activity reports, and resolve post-sale issues.

Manage inbound project materials for PVF in oil & gas: schedule and monitor freight, check in materials for quality and PO accuracy, follow up on purchase orders and vendor returns, report updates, perform administrative tasks, and collaborate with project coordinators and vendors to meet deadlines.

Sell company products and services to new and existing customers, build and maintain lead sources, demonstrate product value, manage post-sale relationships, resolve issues, track sales activities and forecasts, and maintain regular customer communication.
